Learning and Development

Student Affairs will provides ongoing leadership and educational training to all Student Affairs team members. All staff are encouraged to participate in formal trainings and workshops as well as participate in experiential learning through mentoring and teaching opportunities.

In addition to on-campus development, division team members are expected to engage at the national level through their professional associations. Service through a variety of organizations as well as participation and presentation at national and regional conferences enhances team members at a personal and professional level.
